Chocolate Wafer Crust

Use this pie crust recipe as the base for cream fillings, ice cream pies, and more. The chocolate crust is made with just two ingredients and requires zero cooking time.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup finely crushed chocolate wafers (30 wafers)

  • 6 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    In a mixing bowl combine crushed wafers and the melted butter or margarine.

    Turn the chocolate crumb mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Spread the crumb mixture evenly in the pie plate.

    Press onto bottom and sides to form a firm, even crust. Chill about 1 hour or until firm. Makes 1 pie shell ( 8 servings).
