Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup fat-free milk

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 3 cup fresh spinach

  • 2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order given. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
